Traffic Advisory for N. Mt. Juliet Road Sunday, Nov. 5

Middle Tennessee Electric (MTE) advises caution for motorists on Sunday morning, Nov. 5, as its contractors, Service Electric, are scheduled to work on electrical lines across N. Mt. Juliet Road (SR-171) between Weston Drive and Cedar Drive.

The work will result in the replacement of a span of wire across N. Mt. Juliet Road (SR-171). Work will begin around 6:00 a.m. and is expected to take approximately five to six hours. Motorists are encouraged to consider alternate routes as delays will be common.

Service Electric will work with local police officers to control traffic, allowing the work to be performed as quickly and safely as possible by MTE crews.

In the event of inclement weather, the next proposed date will be Nov.12.
