Helping you save money, energy, and time.
We’re constantly working to help members save. With the help of TVA EnergyRight, our power generation partner, we’ve created rebates, incentives, programs, and resources to improve your home’s energy efficiency, reduce the time you spend looking for a qualified contractor, and lower your monthly energy costs by building better energy habits.
Save money on an efficient home and get rebates to do it.
This program is designed to help you reduce your energy consumption by improving your home’s efficiency, save money on installation costs, and make you more comfortable.
Get money toward your newly built home.
This program offers a suite of new HVAC and water-heating equipment incentives for home builders. Rebates are available for all-electric homes, as well as homes that have gas HVAC systems.
$50 bill credit toward installation of residential EV Charger
EV owners can get a credit on their next bill when they install a Level 2 EV charger in their homes. It’s one small way we’re helping members adopt a new generation of transportation.
Replace or upgrade your home's heating unit with special member financing
The heating and cooling (HVAC) unit is by far the largest energy user in most homes. Choosing a heating and air conditioning unit for your home will have a budget impact for years to come, not only in initial investment and maintenance but monthly energy costs.
Qualified members can receive help with energy efficiency upgrades.
MTE and TVA are partnering to support the Home Uplift program, which funds home energy upgrades and strives to increase energy efficiency and home weatherization for low-income households.
