Reporting a streetlight or outdoor yard light outage
If you see a streetlight or outdoor yard light that isn’t working, please let us know. Use our Lighting Outage Reporting Form for both types of lights. Just share the location and a brief description, and our team will work to restore service quickly.
What’s the difference between streetlights and outdoor yard lights?
- Streetlights: Located along public roads, maintained by MTE or local governments, and designed to light up streets and intersections.
- Outdoor yard lights: Installed on private property, requested by homeowners or businesses, and used for extra security or convenience.

Can I request a new streetlight for my neighborhood?
